At Red Land Cotton, we take pride in the quality of our American-made linens and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unwashed and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unwashed, unused linens in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our farm-to-home team receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
